is an opportunity for us to share our stories and art with you.

David pursued his lifelong interest in painting and drawing around the edges of his career as an architect and his presence in our family as a hands-on-dad. Along the way, he earned international recognition for his three-dimensional views of major American cities and won several awards for his painting. Prints of his artwork are currently available at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, along with puzzles, postcards, mugs and bookmarks that display images of his work.

At the same time, Terry pursued her interest in writing around the edges of being a stay-at-home mom. She earned certificates from both the Institute of Children's Literature and The Publishing Institute and won several awards for her children's stories at writers' conferences. Terry also taught classes in mindfulness meditation and stress management and led workshops for early childhood education teachers and parents in the effective use of children's books in the classroom and at home.

As the children took flight and our careers were retired, we brought the pursuit of our arts to the center of our attention and David began illustrating Terry's stories. We will be publishing our books through Plum Stones Press. One of David's favorite's A Little Miracle is the first of many children's books to come.

We hope you enjoy our stories as much as we are enjoying bringing them to press and sharing them with you. We also hope you enjoy meeting the other artists in our family.
